Serving on State Technical Advisory Committees

edCount's CEO and Chief Scientist, Ellen Forte, Ph.D., provides expert technical and policy guidance to the state education agencies (SEAs) of Louisiana, Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming as a member of each state's technical advisory committee in the areas of psychometrics and education policy and practice. Dr. Forte also established an assessment technical advisory committee for the Puerto Rico Department of Education, on which she formerly sat as a member, before stepping down to serve as facilitator instead.
